I have always been passionate about living my life to the fullest but when I became a mum I really struggled to take a hold of my time. The days just seemed so long and out of my control and I was living in a constant state of overwhelm. I realised I had to take charge of my week, create a structure that worked and really lean into God and what He had for me. Since them I have been applying this system, regardless of the season I am in. Its brought so much clairty and focus to my weeks and the overwhelm is gone! (mostly!)
