I have been doing this for a few years now, without actually realising it was a "system" I have have this down where it takes me about 30 minutes once a week and saves me HOURS in my week.

But for now heres the basics!
Step 1: Start with prayer, not pressure.
Before you look at your to-do list, bring your heart to God. Ask: "What do You want this week to look like?" His priorities bring peace.
Step 2: Prepare your responsibilities.
Write out everything on your plate, (and I mean EVERYTHING) appointments, errands, chores. Brain dump it all. This clears mental clutter and gives you a realistic view of your capacity.
Step 3: Prioritise what actually matters.
Not everything is urgent. Circle the things that align with your values and your purpose. Let the rest go or delegate it.
Step 4: Plan with rhythm, not rigidity.
Block out time for your top priorities, but build in margin. Life isn’t a machine—it’s a rhythm. Give yourself space to pivot.
Step 5: Shift your perspective.
This week isn’t just about productivity. It’s about presence.
Who is God calling you to show up as this week?
What are His priorities?
Where do you need to shift and tweak things?
Planning isn’t just about getting things done. It’s about becoming who God created you to be, one week at a time.
